Q: When will my order arrive?
A:  We don’t have stacks of shirts sitting in a musty, old closet waiting for customers.  When you order a shirt it is made especially for you and is shipped out as soon as it’s made.  Usually within 10 business days, our screen printer prints up all the orders that are waiting in the queue and ships them out that day or the next day.
Sometimes delays will happen but, if your shirt hasn't shipped within 10 business days, then you can expect it to be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks of you ordering.  
Our screen printer then ships your shirt via USPS Priority Mail from their shop in Beaufort, South Carolina 29907, with an average  delivery time of approximately 3-5 business days, for U.S. orders. When shipped, you will receive an email from Google Checkout notifying you and your delivery confirmation number.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:  YES!  We now offer international shipping for all orders.

Q: How do you ship your orders?
A:  For orders of 1-11 shirts, we use USPS Priority Mail.  For bulk orders of 12+ shirts, with  the same design on them, we ship via UPS Ground.

Q: Can I track my order?
A:  When we ship your order, you will receive an email from Google Checkout notifying you that we have shipped your order. This email will contain your delivery confirmation number (USPS Priority Mail) or tracking number (UPS Ground). This email will be sent to the email address listed on your Google Checkout account. You can have any email address you wish listed on your Google Checkout account.

Q: How do I use the coupon codes?
A:  When you view your shopping cart there will be  a "Discount Code" box for you to enter in your coupon.  All you have to do then is update the cart and you'll see your order at the discounted price.
*You can only use one code at a time.

Q: What payment options do you accept?
A:  All orders are processed through Google Checkout, which allows you to use American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Solo, Visa and Visa Electron. You will see the name "Google * Store Name" on your credit card statement for all charges originating on this website.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A:  We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like what you ordered, and it hasn't been washed, worn or used, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund, no hassles. See our Returns page for more information.
  

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:  One of the features of Google Checkout that protects you as the buyer is a feature that allows you to cancel any of your orders for up to 15 minutes after you place your order. During this 15 minutes, however, our payment interface will say it is waiting for you to approve your payment to us.
There is nothing for you to do. You can be sure that we have received your order and will begin processing it soon despite what this page may say.
BUT after 15 minutes have passed and your credit card is charged, you CANNOT cancel your order and/or receive a refund since we print our shirts on-demand.
